VedicGod provides digital astrology content, AI-generated insights, and consultations with certified astrologers. Services may evolve and can be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use VedicGod. By using the site, you affirm that you meet this requirement and agree to comply with local laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

VedicGod is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, even if advised of potential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold VedicGod harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for actions that threaten platform integrity. You may terminate your account by contacting support; residual obligations survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
